Kellie Pickler is an American country music singer, songwriter, and television personality. She was born on June 28, 1986, in Albemarle, North Carolina.
Pickler first gained national fame as a contestant on the fifth season of the reality television show American Idol in 2006, where she finished in sixth place. Following her appearance on the show, she signed a recording contract with 19 Recordings/BNA Records and released her debut album, "Small Town Girl," which was certified gold and included the hit singles "Red High Heels" and "I Wonder."
Since then, Pickler has released several more albums, including "Kellie Pickler" and "The Woman I Am." She has had a number of chart-topping singles, including "Best Days of Your Life," "Don't You Know You're Beautiful," and "Tough."
In addition to her music career, Pickler has also appeared on several television shows, including "Dancing with the Stars," where she won the Mirror Ball Trophy in 2013, and "I Love Kellie Pickler," a reality show that aired on CMT from 2015 to 2017.
